Deli Meats
Over the last several months we have been working very hard on increasing and perfecting our line of ready to eat deli meats. Using various production methods, recipes, and cooking methods we have developed a wide range of products to suit your needs. We are always working on developing new recipes so make sure to keep checking in with us!

-Smoked Pepperoni (Mild, Hellfire, and Maple Bacon)
-Smoked Pastrami

-Pressed Hams (Rosemary, Grapefruit & Rosemary)
-Balogna (including our new flavours Chorizo and Jalapeno Cheddar!)
Our deli meats will have different shelf lives based on how much nitrates are in the product and how they're packaged so make sure to check the label or ask one of our staff. They will have a shorter shelf life than your standard grocery store deli meats since we try to minimize our use of nitrates. It is also very important that you consume our deli meats within 3 days of opening the vacuum sealed packaging and DO NOT CONSUME IF THE PACKAGING HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH. That means if the bag is no longer sealed before you open it then dispose of the product.
We try to keep everything as natural as possible and to be as allergy inclusive as possible. We do not add any plant proteins and use Schoolhouse gluten free bread crumbs, skim milk powder, and potato starch as binders when needed.
